We have been in Property Management since 1989 and joined Reliant Realty, LLC in 2010. Our business has grown to managing over $22,000,000 in real estate assets and five staff members. Our growth is due to our commitment to earning the most money possible from each rental unit. We do this with a three prong approach including (1) generating as much rent per unit as the market will give for a qualified tenant; (2) qualifying each prospective resident to help ensure they will be able to pay the required rent; and (3) taking great care of the residents while they occupy the property to help prevent turnover.
We do all of this while maintaining an open line of communications to each owner. Our motto is "over communicate" so our investors will not be left in the dark. Try us out and you'll be happy you did.
